Can I Get a Link Removed From My List of Courses?

1. Courses you have completed will remain on the WebVista server for a few weeks into the following semester, and sometimes longer (if the instructor asks us to let it remain active). In time, the course will be archived and you will no longer see it in your myWebVista area.
2. If you dropped a course, ask your instructor to remove you from the course so it will not appear on your myWebVista page. We will not remove student data from any course site without the instructor's permission.

Is My Privacy Protected in WebVista?

1. Your grades and quiz results are only available to the course instructor, and not to other students.
2. While your course site is only available to other students and the course instructors and teaching assistants (if any), exercise caution in posting or e-mailing confidential information just as you would in sharing confidential information a class discussion.
3. The WebVista support staff is respectful of your privacy. We will only access courses as requested by the instructor to help with technical problems. Your grades, discussion postings, and other information will not be discussed or shown to anyone.
